I provide cybersecurity consulting and virtual CISO services for financial institutions, the public sector, fintechs, and technology-driven companies, helping them strengthen security, reduce risk, and meet compliance with DORA, NIS2, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS. With more than 20 years of experience as a Chief Information Security Officer, I take a reasonable, efficient, and business-focused approach that supports strategic objectives and builds long-term resilience. My consultancy covers security architecture, risk management, strategy, and compliance, as well as budget planning, investment decisions, vendor selection, and tender processes. I have worked with both minimal and large budgets, formed and led security teams, and managed security functions across different industries. In addition, I lecture on cybersecurity at Vilnius University, chair the Technical Committee on Information Security at the Lithuanian National Standardization Board, and have spoken at both local and international conferences, sharing practical insights on resilience, compliance, and security leadership.
